- Lead the planning and implementation of large size banking projects.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full scale project plans.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff.
- Manage project budget.
- Manage large team of project resource allocation (conduct interviews for your team).
- Plan and schedule project timelines.
- Conduct meetings with bank stakeholders and reporting to internal management.
