- Design, develop, and test the deployment and operation phases of the Enterprise Data Platform for both current and future projects.

- Oversee technology risk management process, which includes IT risk acceptance process, IT outsourcing risks and monitor technology risk profile
- Lead, develop and implement through the development, review and compliance of policies, standards, processes and guidelines.
- Responsible for implementation and execution of risk management policies and guidelines, programmes and activities
- Conduct risk assessment on new digital solutions, existing systems and third parties
- Identify potential risks that will impact the organization and recommend action plans to reduce the risks.

- Provide technical support and administration on Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022 Server, Microsoft Active Directory/ADFS/DNS/DHCP, Office 365, Red Hat Linux Servers and AWS Cloud Environment.
- Design, install, configure and maintain Oracle and MSSQL database systems including monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting issues.

- Issue invoices and credit memos to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor overdue invoices, conduct follow-ups, and resolve outstanding issues efficiently
- Handle the collection process for customer payments
- Generate monthly reports on accounts receivable, including aging and AR analysis
- Manage provisions for bad debts, including regular reviews and recommendations for write-offs or provisioning
- Track intercompany receivables and follow up on collections between entities
- Evaluate and enhance internal controls, aiming to optimize the AR process
- Manage month-end closing, ensuring proper journal entries and conducting flux analysis
- Reconcile accounts and address aged balances proactively
